When I look at my overall health plan, Sugar Defender isn't the centerpiece. It's one of several supporting pieces, alongside sleep, movement, and food choices. That framing keeps the expectations realistic. It also makes it easier to evaluate honestly, because I'm not asking it to do the work of an entire routine. Anything that contributes positively at the margin is worth keeping. Anything that doesn't gets dropped. So far Sugar Defender is comfortably on the keep list.
